Working with the group executive, a strategic review of vineyard and winery operations in Australia and New Zealand was implemented. A sustainability planning workshop for senior team members, and workshops at key conference events were facilitated. A longer term sustainability strategy was drafted following a qualitative sustainability stocktake against key indicators.
